I made a new painting, well remade an old painting.

New Recipe: Green Tea Sugar Cookies

2/3 cup softened butter

3/4 cup sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1 egg

1 tbsp milk (soy is my favorite)

1 tsp vanilla

2 cups flour

1 tbsp matcha powder (green tea powder)

1 green tea bag

beat butter until light and fluffy, add sugar, baking powder and salt. Beat in egg, milk, and vanilla. Stir in flour, green tea matcha and contents of green tea bag. Add some fresh grated nutmeg for added flair.

Roll in parchment paper and put in refrigerator until cool enough to cut. Cut into 1/4 inch disks and place on cookie tray. Layer some coconut flakes on top and bake for 10 minutes at 375 .... enjoy with some red wine!

I was thinking how much fun it would be to get a bunch of handmade clothing lines together for a holiday fashion show. Way to late in the season to plan one for this year but perhaps an idea for next...
